Thank you all for your interest in participating in the 2025 Stand Down of South Jersey which will be held from 8:30am to 12:30pm on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Cherry Hill Armory, Grove & Park Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ. We couldn't do what we do without the help of all our volunteers and veterans service organizations !
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION for all Volunteers and Vendors: Parking will again be limited this year. The New Jersey Department of Transportation has use of a portion of the National Guard Armory parking lot to support the ongoing route 70 construction project. As a result of this, the Stand Down organization will be a Parking Attendant in the parking lot to help direct and guide volunteer parking. All volunteers are requested to car pool if possible and to follow the guidance of the parking attendants. In addition, temporary parking has been secured at the Erlton Swim Club (1505 Park Boulevard). A transportation shuttle service will be set up to transport volunteers to the armory. This service will start at 0730.
SERVICE PROVIDER Applicants: If you are a Service Provider that would like a table at Stand Down, click here to fill out application. Limited space. Approved Service Providers will need to be at the Armory between 7am-7:30am and should be set up no later than 8am. Service Providers are required to be there until 12:30pm. We will provide you with a table and 1 - 2 Chairs. (You do not need to attend the volunteer training meeting mentioned below).
VOLUNTEER Applicants: If you would like to volunteer to help at Stand Down, please come back after June 15th to fill out the Volunteer Registration form. Volunteer hours are 8am – 12:30pm on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Cherry Hill Armory, Grove & Park Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. MUST be 18 yrs old + to volunteer. Volunteers should report to the Cherry Hill Armory between 7:30am - 8am.
